Why we built it
Most lodges still run on a noticeboard at the lodge hall, a group chat that has grown too big to follow, and an email list that’s out of date the week after it’s made. Members on rotating rosters miss things, and the same questions get asked at crib every week.
LodgeSync puts it all in one place that belongs to your lodge. Notices reach members straight away, with a notification on their phone. The enterprise agreement, the lodge rules and last month’s minutes are a tap away. Members can find their site delegate and call them without hunting for a number.
It’s private by design. Your own committee approves every member, and anyone who leaves can be removed straight away. Each lodge has its own separate database, so no other lodge can see your members or your business.
